Volite avokado? Evo jedna ideja za zdravi doručak koji ne zahtjeva puno pripreme, puno sastojaka i puno komplikacija. A kao rezultat dobit ćete slatki, super zdravi, kompletni obrok.


 Za ovu poslasticu treba vam samo 3 sastojka :) 


  • 1 avokado
  • 1 žlica sirovog kakao praha
  • oko 1 žlice zaslađivača po želji (počnite s 1 malom žličicom pa dodavajte po svom ukusu)
  • ** banana (opcionalno)

Sastojke stavite u blender i miksajte do lijepe, kremaste teksture. Ukoliko volite rijeđe, dodajte malo biljnog mlijeka, iako, osobno više volim ovu gušću, 'pudingastu' teksturu. 
Ovo je baza, ali naravno da u njega možete ubaciti što od vam padne na pamet (skoro :D). 
Ja sam napravila verziju s crvenim ribizom koji malo osvježi ovu čoko bombu i to bih preporučila. Svakako prvo probajte na maloj količini slažu li se okusi. 


Za avokado i njegove dobrobiti ste vjerojatno već čuli, no ne škodi ponoviti. Moram priznati da sam ga tek nedavno probala, a inače avokadovo ulje koristim već duže vremena u kozmetičke svrhe. Po meni, to je ulje koje se može korisiti od glave do pete (doslovno), pristupačne je cijene, odlično za svaki tip kože - no to je tema za neki drugi post. 


Kao namirnica, avokado je kompletan obrok- ima proteina, masnoća, ugljikohidrata, dijetalnih vlakana i malo šećera = sve što nam treba :) Od vitamina, sadrži vitamin C, vitamine B skupine i vitamin E i još puuno ostalih fitonutrijenata. Ma, idealna namirnica :) 
Kad još njemu dodamo sirovi kakao prah koji spada u kategoriju 'superhrane' sa svojim antioksidansima (koji nas štite od slobodnih radikala) i mineralima (koji nam pomažu na sve moguće načine) dobivamo ne zdravi, nego superzdravi obrok. 

Da ne duljim, krenite po svoj avokado i isprobajte ovu zdravu poslasticu :)

Do you like avocado?  
Here is an idea for a healthy and happy breakfast with no complications, few ingredients and no more than few minutes to prepare. As a result, you'll have a delicious, healthy  and complete meal (packed with lots of goodies like protein,  good fats,  vitamins, minerals and so many other nutrients). This creamy pudding is vegan, sugar, dairy and gluten free!


For this treat you'll only need these 3 ingredients:
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon sweetner of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • **banana (optional)


Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix them until there's a smooth, creamy texture. You may need a splash of almond or coconut milk (or any other, whichever you use) to keep things going.
If you like, you can put anything you like in this pudding. For example, I tried it out with adding red currants which is great because it freshens up this choco bomb a bit.


For avocado and its benefits you must have already heard, but it doesn't  hurt to mention it once again. :) Avocado is full of good fats (you shoud not worry ;) ), protein, carbs, dietary fibers and a little sugar which is everything our body needs to function properly! Vitamins, as vitamin C, E, K, and vitamin B complex , can also be found in this awesome fruit. I could write about it all day, but I don't want to bore you, so please,  go look it up on google and you'll be surprised how healthy it is.

When we add raw cacao powder which is considered 'superfood', with its antioxidants (keepin us safe from free radicals, preventing cell damage and so on,..) and minerals (helping us in numerous ways) we don't just have healthy, we have a SUPERHEALTHY breakfast. :)

So, go get your avocado and make yourself a treat this morning!
